It's really a shocker for the fifth seeded girl who not even settled against the 22 year old Romanian Dulgheru. Alexandra Dulgheru is constantly break the serve of Kvitova and finish it off in straight sets. The Final score is Alexandra Dulgheru Vs Petra Kvitova 7-6, 6-3.

Petra Kvitova - The New Wimbledon Champion
The twenty year old Czech Republic girl Petra Kvitova is becoming the new Wimbedon Champion at the 125th Edition of the Wimbledon by defeating the former Wimbledon Champion Maria Sharapova in straight sets 6-3, 6-4. Kvitova is the first left hander after Martina Navaratinalova to win a grandslam at Wimbledon. Petra Kvitova is calm and composed through out the match and she didn't even show much emotion after winning the trophy. The runner up Maria Sharapova failed to produce the same result when she won her first Grandslam at Wimbledon in 2003.

Sharapova, Lisicki, Kvitova, Azarenka Enter into Semifinals of Wimbledon 2011
Eighth Seed Petra Kvitova enter into the semifinals of Wimbledon 2011 by defeating 32nd seed Tsvetana Pironkova in the quarter final match by 6-3, 6-7, 6-2. In the last year too she entered into the Wimbledon semi final but failed to beat Serena Williams, who went onto win the Wimbledon last year. Now Kvitova will play against the fourth seed Victoria Azarenka, who defeated Tamira Paszek in straight sets 6-3, 6-1. Maria Sharapova and Sabine Lisicki are already entered into the Semi Finals of Wimbledon 2011. Former Wimbledon Champion Maria Sharapova breezed past Dominika Cibulkova in straight sets 6-1, 6-1. The Ninth seed Marion Bartoli made her exit at the Wimbledon 2011 by Sabine Lisicki who meets Sharapova in the Semi Final.
